For some cases stopping gluten can also help you to improve health problems like to lose weight reduce joint pain etc. but if you really  want to lose it quickly then you have to eliminate gluten foods like pizza, burger, buns, quick cookies, sugar sauces etc. For a couple of months and after then check your weight if it is losses about 4 to 5 kg on average or not.
